The Role: What You Will Do
As an Academic Assistant, you will be the backbone of Kashvi Manzil's educational programs. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of the learning experience for women and girls in Ranchi.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Curriculum & Teacher Support: Actively assist in the implementation of the educational curriculum, providing vital support and guidance to teachers to ensure effective delivery in the classroom.
Learner Assessment & Progress Tracking: Conduct regular assessments to gauge learner progress and meticulously maintain academic records. Your insights will help tailor the program to meet the students' needs.
Resource Development: Create and develop engaging and effective learning materials and resources that enhance the educational journey.
On-the-Ground Centre Support: Be a hands-on presence at the learning centres, ensuring smooth operations and providing direct support where it's needed most.
Who We Are Looking For: The Ideal Candidate
Kashvi Manzil is seeking a proactive and compassionate individual who is ready to immerse themselves in a community-focused role. The ideal candidate will possess:
A Strong Academic Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field is required.
Grassroots Experience: While not mandatory, 2-5 years of experience working in grassroots education initiatives is highly preferred.
Excellent Communication Skills: Fluency and strong communication skills in Hindi are essential to connect effectively with the learners, teachers, and the local community.
