This is a unique opportunity to use your financial skills to support vital pro bono legal aid and educational programs for marginalized communities.

About the Role

As the Accountant, you'll be the backbone of PACE's financial operations. Your work will directly ensure that the organization can continue to provide crucial support to those who need it most. You will be responsible for a range of key tasks, including:

  • Maintaining and managing daily accounts and financial records.

  • Handling all bookkeeping, payments, reimbursements, and petty cash.

  • Preparing comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and Utilization reports.

  • Assisting with audits and ensuring full statutory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field, along with prior accounting experience. Experience with an NGO is a plus, but not required. You must have a strong command of Tally and MS Excel, and possess exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity.
