The Role: Accountant – Driving Financial Integrity

Daily Accounting & Record Keeping: Maintaining meticulous day-to-day accounting and financial records in strict adherence to organizational policies and donor requirements.
Payment Processing: Efficiently processing bills and vouchers, ensuring timely payments to vendors, staff, and consultants.
Cash & Bank Management: Managing petty cash effectively and conducting monthly bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
Financial Reporting: Preparing comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for both internal monitoring and donor requirements.
Audit Support: Actively supporting audit processes by compiling necessary documentation and effectively liaising with auditors.
Grant & Expenditure Tracking: Maintaining accurate records of grants received, advances disbursed, and expenditures incurred.
Statutory Compliance: Ensuring full compliance with all applicable statutory requirements, including TDS, GST, PF, and ESI.
Budgeting Support: Collaborating with program teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and crucial variance analysis.
