As they celebrate over 25 years of service, they are seeking a detail-oriented individual to help maintain the financial integrity that fuels their mission.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will report to the Lead- Finance & Accounts and play a vital role in the organization’s overall efficiency. Primary duties include:
Financial Management: Maintaining accounting systems in compliance with organizational guidelines.
Daily Operations: Managing voucher preparation, bookkeeping, data entry, Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) in Tally, and daily cash book maintenance.
Reporting & Payroll: Meeting specific financial reporting requirements for donors and overseeing payroll processing and vendor payments.
Asset Tracking: Maintaining the Fixed Assets Register and coordinating with field teams for daily activities.
Who Should Apply?

Education: A degree in B.Com, Accounts, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of professional accounting experience, preferably within the development sector.
Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and computers, strong communication skills, and fluency in Hindi and English.
Adaptability: The ability to handle multiple tasks, manage crisis situations, and work flexible hours when necessary.
Position Details
Location: New Delhi, India.
Travel: Willingness to travel 10% of the time, with potential increases during emergency response periods.
Term: A 2-year commitment.
