Your Role as an Accountant
As an Accountant at IICP, you'll be vital to maintaining the organization's financial integrity and operational efficiency. Your core responsibilities will include:
Financial Record Keeping: Meticulously manage daily financial transactions and records using Tally ERP.
Transaction Processing: Efficiently process all donations, expenses, and grants, ensuring accurate financial tracking.
Compliance Management: Ensure strict adherence to GST and all statutory requirements such as TDS, Audits, PF, and ESI. Your diligence will uphold regulatory standards.
Donor & Grant Accounting: Oversee specific accounting for donors and grants, providing transparent and precise financial reporting for key funding sources.
Financial Reporting Support: Assist with budgeting, payroll, and comprehensive financial reporting, contributing to sound financial oversight.

This position is ideal for finance professionals with a solid grasp of accounting principles and a proven track record in financial management, particularly within the Indian context. Experience with non-profit accounting would be a significant advantage.
