🔑 Key Responsibilities and Skills Required
The Accounts Executive will be central to the finance and administration function. Key responsibilities highlight the need for expertise in NGO financial practices and compliance:
Tally ERP 9 Proficiency: Manage all daily accounting operations, including vouchering, journal entries, payments, receipts, and contra entries. Generate essential MIS reports.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit financial reports and documents in various required formats for the Director and supporting partners.
Audit Management: Coordinate with both internal and external auditors and meticulously prepare for financial audits.
Statutory Compliance: Handle the timely online/offline filing of monthly, quarterly, and yearly compliances such as TDS, EPF, ITR, and FCRA reports.
Fund Management: Follow up with supporting partners for fund disbursement and ensure proper fund utilization tracking.
Administration: Manage filing, online banking/payments, raising receipts/invoices, tracking statutory charge payments, and taking meeting minutes.

Education: A Master's degree in Accounting or a related field is mandatory.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in NGO accounting is required.
Software Skills: Deep proficiency in accounting software, particularly Tally ERP 9.
