What You'll Do:

This position is ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy and meticulous data management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Accurate Financial Processing: You'll be responsible for the timely and precise processing of donor pledges, payments, and campaign receipts within UWCF's CRM system, Andar. This includes preparing daily bank deposits, auditing campaign envelopes, importing credit card transactions, and managing recurring subscriptions.

  • Donor & Partner Communication: You'll serve as a vital point of contact, providing exceptional customer service to donors, agencies, and internal teams regarding pledge and payment inquiries.

  • Financial & Team Support: Your contributions will extend to supporting monthly pledge reconciliations, assisting with year-end closeout, and helping to analyze donor accounts for collections. You'll also have the opportunity to train seasonal staff.

Who They're Looking For:

UWCF is seeking a candidate with a strong foundation in accounts receivable or financial data entry.

  • Required Qualifications:

    • An Associate degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field.

    • A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, accounting support, or financial data entry.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with a solid understanding of formulas, data sorting, and lookups.

    • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

    • A proven ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high levels of accuracy and data integrity.

    • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Desired Qualifications:

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

    • Experience working in a nonprofit or donor-driven environment.

    • Familiarity with donor management or CRM systems like Andar or Microsoft CRM.

    • Experience with high-volume data processing, reconciliations, or collections follow-up.
