About the Role: Agri Entrepreneur Mentor (AEM)
The Agri Entrepreneur Mentor position is designed for individuals who can bridge the gap between agricultural innovation and on-ground implementation. AEMs will work closely with Agri Entrepreneurs (AEs), guiding them through every stage of business setup, farmer engagement, and sustainable farming practices.
Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be expected to:
Mentor Agri Entrepreneurs on enterprise setup, farmer engagement, and day-to-day business operations
Guide AEs in adopting regenerative agriculture practices across key crops
Organize and facilitate farmer training sessions, field demonstrations, and community outreach events
Support entrepreneurs in accessing credit facilities, insurance products, and relevant government schemes
Monitor and track the performance of both AEs and farmers using digital reporting tools
Champion women's participation in entrepreneurial and agricultural activities
Collaborate with project experts to ensure high-quality implementation and measurable results

Qualification: Graduate in Agriculture, Rural Development, or Social Work
Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in the agriculture and allied sectors

Possession of a personal vehicle, which is mandatory for travel within the assigned job location
