Role Summary
The selected candidate will be responsible for machinery reliability, plant utilities and safety compliance in the food processing facility. A kitchen at this scale runs on automated equipment, so the maintenance team is vital to keeping meals on schedule. Key Responsibilities
Preventive and predictive maintenance: Plan and carry out scheduled upkeep of automated food processing equipment to prevent unexpected downtime.
Fault troubleshooting: Quickly diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic problems.
Utility management: Look after boilers, water treatment plants, cold storage and other plant utilities.
Energy efficiency: Track daily power, fuel and water consumption and support resource-saving initiatives.
Food safety compliance: Enforce FSSAI, HACCP, LOTO and food hygiene standards.
Cold chain and transport: Inspect and maintain cold storage units, walk-in freezers and transport vehicles.
