The Role: A Strategic Communicator for Change
As the Assistant Manager - Communication, you'll be at the forefront of efforts to drive positive health outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:
Strategic Communication: Developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies to reach diverse audiences—from healthcare providers and policymakers to the general public.
Content Creation: Creating high-quality, impactful communication materials, including press releases, fact sheets, brochures, and presentations that translate complex health information into accessible messages.

Team Leadership: Mentoring and guiding a team of communication professionals to ensure the effective execution of all communication plans.

Are You the Right Candidate?

A Bachelor's degree in communications, public health communication, or a related field.
At least 7-10 years of experience in communications, with a preference for experience in the public health sector.
A strong ability to develop and execute effective communication strategies.
Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
Experience collaborating with government agencies, donors, and creative agencies.
Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of other languages is a plus.
