The Raman Kant Munjal Foundation (RKMF), the corporate social responsibility arm supported by the Hero Group, has announced fresh hiring for two key positions aimed at strengthening its community development initiatives across rural India: Assistant Project Manager (CSR) and Senior Program Manager (CSR).

The Roles on Offer
Assistant Project Manager (CSR)
This field-based position is based across Sidhrawali–Gurugram, Tada–Tirupati, Barmer, Gadag, Satara, and Sangli, and follows a full-time, work-from-office schedule (9:00 AM–5:00 PM).
Who they're looking for:
A bachelor's degree holder in Social Work, Rural Development, Development Studies, or a related field
Candidates with 3–6 years of experience in NGO, CSR, or social development projects
Prior exposure to community mobilization and field-based project implementation is preferred
Core responsibilities include:
Planning, coordinating, and executing CSR projects across assigned villages and clusters
Conducting field visits, baseline surveys, community mobilization drives, and stakeholder or training meetings
Engaging with Sarpanches, Pradhans, government officials, community leaders, and beneficiaries
Maintaining MIS records, project documentation, and progress reports
Supporting monitoring and evaluation efforts to track project outcomes
Senior Program Manager (CSR)
This leadership-track role is based in Sidhrawali, Gurugram, also full-time and field-based, following the same 9:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule.
Who they're looking for:
A bachelor's or master's degree in Social Work
A minimum of 10 years of experience in CSR programs and initiatives
Core responsibilities include:
Planning, managing, and overseeing the operations of CSR projects in education and skilling
Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and implementation partners
Demonstrating a strong understanding of the social sector and community development landscape
Leading project execution, coordination, and stakeholder engagement
Working closely with project teams to ensure effective implementation and measurable outcomes
