The selected candidate will be at the heart of the Sewa Fellowship's daily operations, bridging the gap between strategy and execution. The core responsibilities include:
Operational & Logistics Management: Assisting in core operational activities including organizing travel, accommodation, and logistics during team or fellows' pravas (tours) and camps.
Documentation & Reporting: Supporting report writing and maintaining meticulous records and documentation related to fellows and overall fellowship activities.
Marketing & Digital Outreach: Assisting in marketing campaigns through video editing, designing social media creatives, and preparing effective communication materials to amplify the program's reach.
Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinating seamlessly with team members, fellows, volunteers, and various external stakeholders for the smooth execution of all planned activities.
On-Ground Field Support: Providing vital on-the-ground support during camps, events, and activities. This includes traveling with the team during field deployments whenever required.
