About the Role
This is an exceptional chance to join a dynamic Vocational Training & Placement team and contribute directly to changing lives. As a BFSI Trainer, your primary goal will be to empower young individuals with the essential knowledge and practical skills required to succeed in the organized workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Your role will involve:
Delivering High-Impact Training: Conduct engaging and informative sessions on core BFSI modules. This includes fundamental banking principles, various insurance products, mutual funds, financial literacy, effective customer service, and crucial regulatory guidelines such as KYC and AML.
Assessing Progress & Guiding Pathways: Utilize pre- and post-assessments to effectively evaluate trainee learning outcomes. Provide comprehensive guidance to help trainees understand diverse career paths and develop job readiness for the BFSI industry.
Fostering an Interactive Learning Environment: Implement creative and interactive training methodologies to ensure an engaging and highly effective learning experience for all participants.
Maintaining Accurate Records: Diligently manage training records, attendance logs, and generate necessary reports.
Facilitating Employment Transitions: Collaborate seamlessly with our placement teams to ensure a smooth and successful transition for trainees into relevant employment opportunities.
Who We're Seeking
We're looking for individuals who embody the following:
A Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Finance, Commerce, or a closely related discipline.
A minimum of 2-3 years of practical experience within or directly training for BFSI operations.
Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, coupled with a genuine ability to connect with and motivate youth from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds.
Possession of a certification in BFSI training or NISM/NISM modules is highly advantageous.
Compensation & Benefits
ETASHA Society offers a competitive monthly remuneration ranging from Rs. 18,000/- to Rs. 25,000/-, based on your skills and experience. Additionally, comprehensive benefits such as PF, ESI, and other allowances will be provided in accordance with organizational policies.
