  • Providing specialized technical input for evaluation design, data analysis, and reporting on both performance and impact evaluations.

  • Developing and implementing a thorough quality assurance plan for all evaluation activities.

  • Facilitating technical contributions from stakeholders to ensure harmonized methodologies and cultural relevance.

  • Supporting various data requests, dashboard development, and analytical tasks, while staying current with cutting-edge MEQI frameworks, innovations, and tools.

Team Empowerment & Skill Building

As the resident evaluation expert, you'll cultivate a data-driven culture by:

  • Enhancing staff capabilities in data science and evaluation through focused training and mentorship.

  • Contributing to organizational documentation, strategic planning, and process improvement efforts.

  • Demonstrated expertise in a variety of quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis approaches, including proficiency in software such as Excel, STATA, R, NVivo, and Dedoose.

  • A strategic, service-oriented mindset and the proven ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

  • The flexibility for travel 2-4 times annually.
