The Role: Block Coordinator
As a Block Coordinator, you will be the face of the Ramaanya Foundation in your Home Block within any district in Rajasthan. Your mission is to raise awareness and facilitate applications for the scholarship program, directly contributing to the educational advancement of local youth.
Key responsibilities focus on:
Program Planning and Coordination: Developing and implementing comprehensive scholarship awareness programs, coordinating directly with school principals and teachers.
Communication and Outreach: Disseminating vital information through a variety of channels, including seminars, flyers, social media, and workshops.
Guidance and Support: Providing essential assistance and individual counseling to students and parents, helping them navigate the application process and understand scholarship benefits.
Monitoring and Reporting: Maintaining detailed records of outreach activities, student participation, and reporting progress to higher authorities.
Collaboration: Actively partnering with local government bodies, NGOs, and educational institutions to maximize program reach.
Compensation and Benefits
The position offers a competitive package for fieldwork, including:
Salary: ₹15,000 per month (Basic: ₹12,000 + Travel Allowance: ₹3,000).
Incentives: Yearly performance-based incentive.
Security: PF/ESIC benefits are applicable (T&C apply).
Growth: A guaranteed 10-12% yearly increment.
Stability: Work duration up to 58 years of age.
Leave: Monthly 2 holidays with leave encashment option.
What is Required?
The Ramaanya Foundation is looking for proactive candidates who can thrive in a fieldwork environment:
Education: Higher Secondary (12th pass) is required, with a Graduate Degree preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 1-year work experience is mandatory.
Skills: Proven ability in project handling, strong communication skills, and extensive experience in fieldwork within your home district, specifically involving private and government schools.
Logistics: A bike with a valid Driving License (DL) is essential for daily school visits.
Daily Work Commitments
To ensure maximum outreach, the role has specific, measurable targets:
School Visits: A minimum of two schools per day (middle and high schools).
Workdays: Completing at least 26 working days per month to qualify for payment.
Student Data: Collecting details of 50 students daily (25 per school visit).
Payment Condition: Full monthly payment is contingent upon achieving a target of 250 applications facilitated per month.
