Role Overview: Block Coordinator (Lives Program)

The Block Coordinator will be at the forefront of the Lives Program, ensuring that healthcare initiatives are effectively planned, implemented, and monitored at the grassroots level. This position requires a blend of administrative prowess and hands-on community interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Implementation: Leading the planning and execution of health programs within the designated blocks.

• Stakeholder Management: Coordinating with local authorities, health workers, and community leaders.

What We’re Looking For: Requirements

To be successful in this role, the Lupin Foundation is looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Educational Background: A Master’s degree in Public Health (MPH), Health Administration, Development Studies, or a related field.

• Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in public health or community development. Specific experience with NCD-focused programs is highly preferred.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in data management and basic computer applications.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills are essential for navigating community dynamics.
