Your Role: Shaping Futures as a Block Educator
We're actively recruiting for the crucial position of Block Educator. This role is designed for dynamic graduates with a genuine passion for community service. Your primary responsibility will involve delivering and promoting essential hygiene and sanitation education to school children within your designated blocks. This is a powerful opportunity to directly influence health habits and contribute to the well-being of the next generation.
Who We're Looking For:
Educational Qualification: A graduate degree in any stream is required.
Experience: You should possess a minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in community mobilization.
Essential Resources: Applicants must own a mobile phone and have access to personal transportation.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in Odia/local language is absolutely essential, and the ability to communicate in English is also required.
Residency: This opportunity is exclusively for residents of Odisha.
Compensation Structure:
Total Monthly Compensation: ₹11,000
Monthly Remuneration: ₹9,000
Fuel Allowance: ₹2,000
Please note that TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) will be applied as per prevailing government regulations.
