Your Role: A Catalyst for Change
As a Block Health Worker, you'll be instrumental in this mission, serving as a direct link between health services and the community. Your primary responsibilities will encompass:
Community Outreach: Conducting household visits within your assigned block to gather essential data related to Chickenpox and TB.
Patient Navigation: Identifying individuals with suspected symptoms and assisting them in accessing nearby health centers for appropriate care.
Awareness Promotion: Actively participating in and supporting health awareness drives and community camps.
Data Management: Maintaining accurate records and submitting timely updates to the project team.
This role requires individuals who thrive in field environments and possess strong interpersonal skills for effective community engagement.
Compensation and Benefits Package
The Bihar Swasthya Mission values the critical work performed by its Block Health Workers and offers a competitive remuneration package:
Monthly Salary: ₹19,563/-
Mobile Allowance: ₹299/- per month
Travel Allowance: ₹3,250/- per month
Total Monthly Earnings: ₹23,112/-
