The Role: Driving Performance and Growth
As the Branch Manager, you will be the cornerstone of the Dhar branch's success. This is a multifaceted, target-driven role that requires a blend of strong management, field activity, and financial acumen.
Key responsibilities include:
Business Growth: Aggressively drive performance by achieving targets for loan disbursement, cross-selling financial products, and ensuring timely recovery.
Operational Oversight: Oversee all daily functions—sales, collections, member service, cash handling, and compliance with internal policies and audit standards.
Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor the field team, conduct performance reviews, and ensure high productivity in lead generation and client relationship management.
Field Engagement: Regularly undertake field visits to members, guarantors, and local markets for loan verification, relationship building, and collections.
Expansion: Actively participate in New Area Development, including identifying, surveying, and launching operations in new potential markets after conducting thorough feasibility studies and competitor research.
Essential Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be a Graduate with a mandatory B.Com degree, possessing a strong foundation in Accounts and proven Computer proficiency.
Mandatory Requirements:
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in the banking or financial sector is required, including demonstrated branch operations experience and leadership skills.
Mobility: Must be comfortable with local travel and fieldwork and own a valid two-wheeler with a driving license.
Preferred Attributes:
Strong local area knowledge of Dhar and surrounding regions.
A "Members First" attitude coupled with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Compensation and Application
Salary: ₹15,000/- to ₹20,000/- per month (commensurate with experience and fit).
Work Environment: Full-time, fast-paced, and requires regular field visits.
