Key Qualifications and Competencies

To be successful in this high-impact role, candidates must demonstrate proficiency in several critical areas:

• Project Development: Proven experience in managing carbon projects, particularly those focused on reforestation, sustainable land management, and NBS.

• Regulatory Frameworks: High level of familiarity with Verra (VCS) and Gold Standard, the leading international benchmarks for carbon credit quality.

• MRV Mastery: A robust understanding of Monitoring, Reporting, and Verification (MRV) protocols to ensure all environmental impacts are accurately tracked and transparently reported.

• Technical Insight: The ability to translate complex environmental data into viable carbon credits within the global marketplace.
