They are currently seeking passionate individuals for two distinct roles: Content Writer and Officer – Monitoring and Evaluation. 1. Content Writer (Entry-Level)

CCDT is looking for a creative voice to help document and share their journey. This is an ideal role for freshers or early-career professionals who have a way with words and a heart for social causes.

  • Experience: 0–1 years (Freshers with strong writing portfolios are highly encouraged to apply).

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.

  • The Ideal Candidate: You should have a sharp eye for detail, a command over the English language, and the ability to translate complex community work into engaging narratives.

2. Officer – Monitoring and Evaluation (Senior Role)

For those who thrive on data, research, and organizational learning, the M&E Officer role is a critical position that ensures the effectiveness of CCDT’s programs.

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in the development sector, with 3–5 years specifically in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E).

  • Education: Master’s degree in Statistics, Public Health, Social Sciences, or a relevant field.

  • Key Skills: * Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative analysis.

    • Expertise in DHIS 2 (highly advantageous).

    • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus).

  • The Role: You will be responsible for data quality standards, field visits for program insights, quantitative research, and developing data-driven dashboards for management.
