About the Role
The Centre Head will be responsible for running the programme on the ground and making sure it delivers real outcomes for the people it serves. This is a hands-on leadership position that combines coordination, implementation and accountability for results.
Key responsibilities include:
Field coordination and stakeholder management: building and maintaining relationships with the partners, communities and other groups the programme depends on.
Project implementation at the district level: turning the programme design into consistent, well-run activity on the ground.
Monitoring, reporting and achieving impact: tracking progress, reporting on it, and keeping the programme focused on measurable results.
Managing programme activities: ensuring effective execution day to day.

Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate in any field, with a preference for candidates with a background in Social Work.
