The Role: Leading the Phlebotomist Skill Building Program

As the Centre Head, you will be the cornerstone of our Kolkata operations. This isn't just an administrative role; it is a leadership position that requires a blend of operational grit and strategic networking. You will be responsible for ensuring that aspiring phlebotomists receive world-class training that translates into sustainable livelihoods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth program delivery and adherence to SOPs.

  • Quality & Compliance: Maintain rigorous quality standards and ensure all training protocols meet industry benchmarks.

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor trainers and administrative staff to foster a high-performance culture.

  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with hospitals, diagnostic labs, and placement teams to create a robust ecosystem for our trainees.

  • Performance Tracking: Drive center targets, focusing on high enrollment rates and successful placement outcomes.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a professional who understands the nuances of the skill development landscape and possesses the leadership "muscle" to manage a busy training center.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate in any field (candidates with a background in Social Work are highly preferred).

  • Experience: A minimum of 4–6 years of relevant experience in skill development or training center management.

  • Skills: Strong leadership, team management, and the ability to build local partnerships for industry exposure.
