The Centre Incharge is the comprehensive leader responsible for the centre's entire lifecycle—from beneficiary mobilization to successful placement.
🎯 Core Areas of Responsibility:
Centre Operations & Administration: Manage the day-to-day functioning, ensuring compliance with project SOPs, maintaining infrastructure, and upholding standards of safety and hygiene.
Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and monitor the performance of trainers, mobilizers, placement officers, and support staff to achieve centre targets.
Targeted Mobilization: Guide outreach activities to ensure timely enrolment, batch formation, and high-quality lead conversion rates.
Training Quality Assurance: Monitor the delivery of all modules (domain, digital, soft skills), conduct class audits, review feedback, and manage the assessment/certification process.
Placement & Industry Liaison: Coordinate placement efforts, build strategic partnerships with local industries and HR managers, and track post-placement retention.
Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate MIS, attendance records, placement reports, and ensure flawless documentation for audits and management reviews.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the key representative, coordinating with CSR partners, employers, local institutions, and the community to organize crucial events like job fairs and exposure visits.
