  5. Market & Skill Development: Developing local markets to retail skills training at both the district and block levels, alongside building widespread awareness of the program to reach target beneficiaries.

  6. End-to-End Program Structuring: Structuring community engagement frameworks that encompass academics, quality control, assessments, industry partnerships, and post-placement tracking.

  7. Financial & Team Management: Managing allocated budgets and resources for maximum fiscal efficiency, maintaining center targets (revenue and output numbers), and building the technical capacity of the center's staff.
