Job Profile The role involves ensuring effective implementation of project activities on the ground while working closely with community members, youth, and the internal project team. The Cluster Coordinator acts as a vital link that helps ensure children in the community learn with joy and continuity.
Eligibility & Requirements
Graduate in any discipline; candidates from social sciences, education, or rural development backgrounds are preferred
Sufficient knowledge and expertise in a similar field
2–5 years of experience in community-based projects, education, or youth work
Comfortable with extensive travel within the assigned cluster and spending significant time in the field
Strong communication and coordination skills to engage diverse stakeholders
Basic computer skills, including MS Office, email, and report writing
Salary: ₹2.4 LPA to ₹2.9 LPA
2. MIS Executive – Kamrup Rural, Assam
For candidates with a data and reporting background, the MIS Executive role focuses on maintaining accurate project data and supporting decision-making through dashboards and reports.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing and maintaining project-wise MIS reports
Developing dashboards and reports to track progress
Ensuring accuracy of data and overall reporting efficiency

Eligibility & Requirements
Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in community-based projects
Prior experience in MIS and Data Management within the NGO sector will be preferred
Strong skills in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Google Sheets
Hands-on experience with tools such as Kobo Toolbox and Google Forms is an advantage
Salary: ₹2.8 LPA to ₹3 LPA
3. Field Coordinator – Kamrup, Assam
The Field Coordinator role is suited for candidates who enjoy hands-on community engagement and grassroots project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting in the planning, community mobilisation, and execution of field activities
Conducting regular field visits to assess project progress and identify challenges
Ensuring timely delivery of project deliverables and milestones
Building and maintaining relationships with community members, Community Cadres, and local leaders
Facilitating community meetings, workshops, Family Based Livelihood Planning sessions, and trainings
Collecting and compiling project data, including beneficiary information and case studies
Preparing and submitting regular field reports to the reporting officer and management

1–2 years of field experience in rural livelihood, Master of Social Work (MSW), or a related background
