The organization is a recognized leader in Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD), working tirelessly to influence government policies, train a dedicated workforce, and scale up services in partnership with both government and civil society.

The Role: A Catalyst for Change

As a Cluster Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of this mission, responsible for the successful implementation of ECCD programs in the region. You'll lead the establishment and management of 40 new creche centers for children aged 7 months to 3 years. These centers will be lifelines for children, providing:

  • Supplementary feeding

  • Health and hygiene services

  • Protection and safety

  • Stimulation for holistic development

  • Facilitation of government entitlements

This role is a unique blend of leadership, program management, and community engagement. You'll work directly with Gram Panchayats and local communities to build strong, sustainable partnerships.

Key Responsibilities: What You'll Do

Your day-to-day work will involve a variety of critical tasks, including:

  • Program Implementation: Oversee the setup and operation of creche centers, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.

  • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a dedicated team of supervisors, caregivers, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and effective working environment.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main liaison with district and block-level government officials and community leaders to secure essential support and resources.

  • Monitoring & Evaluation: Regularly visit creche centers to assess program quality and child development outcomes, making continuous improvements.

  • Capacity Building: Coordinate with the training team to equip caregivers and supervisors with the skills needed to provide excellent care.

  • Reporting: Maintain meticulous records and provide comprehensive reports on project progress and impact.

Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a strong background in social work, public health, or rural management. You should have:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5-10 years of experience leading a district-level program team in nutrition, health, or sanitation.

  • Qualifications: A Master's degree in Social Work, Social Studies, Public Health, Rural Management, or a related field.

  • Age: You must be between 30 and 45 years of age.

  • Essential: A two-wheeler with a valid driving license is required for this field-based role.

  • Skills: Fluency in MS Office, strong communication and documentation skills in English, and fluency in Hindi and local tribal dialects.
