The Role: More Than Just a Job
A Cluster Coordinator is a key player in the project implementation team. This role is dynamic and multifaceted, requiring strong leadership and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be a senior executive with 4-6 years of experience in implementing education programs, possessing a B.Ed. or a relevant postgraduate degree like an MSW, MBA, or a degree in Rural Development. Fluency in the regional language is a must, and candidates up to 35 years of age are preferred.
As a Cluster Coordinator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
Quality Assurance: Ensuring teachers follow lesson plans, providing constructive feedback, and supporting Head Teachers in managing the quality of teaching and learning processes.
Teacher Development: Identifying training needs for teachers and organizing tailored training sessions to enhance their skills.
Program Monitoring: Overseeing the smooth execution of various tests, monitoring virtual classes, and ensuring adherence to guidelines set by the head office.
School Management: Developing and monitoring school development plans, checking and verifying school documents, and managing the Mid-Day Meal (MDM) process.
Community Engagement: Liaising with village leaders, parents, and the community to resolve issues and build strong relationships.
