Community Engagement and Enrolment Cluster Coordinators are expected to plan and lead Focus Group Discussions, stakeholder meetings, and awareness campaigns, while working closely with Field Executives to identify and enrol eligible youth and women into the program.
Training Oversight Rather than relying solely on reports, coordinators are expected to physically visit training sessions across both districts, checking attendance and training quality first-hand. They also coordinate with trainers and vendors to ensure both Soft Skills and Hard Skills batches run on schedule.
Employer Outreach and Placement Support A key part of the job involves initiating conversations with local employers early on, and passing along confirmed job openings to the Placement Coordinator — building the bridge between trained youth and real employment opportunities.
Documentation and Reporting The role demands strong record-keeping: attendance, certification, and placement data must be kept current for both districts, along with concise weekly updates to the Senior Program Manager that flag issues as they arise rather than after the fact.
Post-Placement Follow-Up Coordinators also support three-month follow-up visits for placed candidates, working alongside the Placement Coordinator to ensure sustained employment outcomes — and they help organize and attend the quarterly Skill Building Network meetings within their clusters.

Fluency in Marathi, with working knowledge of English or Hindi for reporting purposes
