CCDT is hiring for a range of positions, from grassroots mobilization to senior-level project management. Here is a breakdown of the available roles:

1. Senior Program Manager (01 Opening)

This leadership role focuses on the strategic planning and execution of health projects.

• Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Public Health, Social Work, or a related field.

• Experience: 2–5 years in public health program management, specifically in MCH or NCD.

• Key Skills: Project management, financial oversight, and stakeholder engagement.

2. Medical Officer (01 Opening)

Providing essential clinical services and technical guidance to the field staff.

• Qualifications: MBBS degree from a recognized institution with valid NMC/State Medical Council registration.

• Focus: Outpatient consultations, antenatal/postnatal care, and NCD screening (hypertension/diabetes).

3. Officer - Monitoring and Evaluation (01 Opening)

A data-driven role ensuring the quality and impact of CCDT’s initiatives.

• Qualifications: Master’s degree in Statistics, Public Health, or Social Sciences.

• Experience: 5 years in the development sector, with 3–5 years specifically in M&E.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in qualitative/quantitative analysis and DHIS 2.

4. Nurse cum Counsellor (01 Opening)

Combining clinical support with essential psychosocial and nutritional counseling.

• Qualifications: GNM or B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institute.

• Experience: 1–3 years in a clinic or NGO setting.
