Qualifications and Requirements

Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Journalism, Development Studies, Social Work, Business Management, or a related discipline.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in communication, fundraising, donor management, or proposal writing within the development sector.
