The Role: Communication/Program Coordinator (R&D)
CFCA is looking for self-motivated individuals with strong research, documentation, and communication skills to drive their mission forward. This contractual role (with potential for extension based on performance) is crucial for demonstrating program effectiveness and strengthening outreach.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Program Management: Supervising and monitoring community-based sponsorship programs and ensuring compliance.
Communication & Outreach: Handling correspondence with stakeholders, managing social media, updating the organizational website, and developing periodicals, newsletters, and PR materials.
Research & Documentation: Assisting in strengthening report writing, preparing annual reports and organizational handouts, and conducting program evaluations, impact assessments, and case studies.
Training & Capacity Building: Planning and conducting various trainings, including skill development and capacity building workshops.
Stakeholder Coordination: Liaising with government bodies and other relevant institutions.
Community Engagement: Regular community visits as required by the role.

Essential Qualifications and Expertise:
A Master's degree in Development Studies, Sociology, Social Work, Mass Communication, or an equivalent field.
Demonstrated strong writing and editing skills in both English and Hindi.
A minimum of three years of relevant experience, preferably with NGOs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization abilities.
A strong team player who can collaborate effectively.
Ability to travel to outstation projects/cities when required.
