What You Will Do
As a Communications & Project Officer, your responsibilities will span across several critical areas:
1. Communication & Content Mastery
Strategy Execution: Lead communication plans for events and campaigns, ensuring all messaging aligns with impact goals.
Content Creation: Write high-quality blogs, impact stories, newsletters, and social media copies.
Brand Growth: Ideate initiatives to increase brand presence and manage social media engagement.
AI Integration: Utilize a working knowledge of Generative AI platforms like Claude, Jasper, or Copy.ai to enhance efficiency.
2. Project Planning & Coordination
Execution Support: Assist in developing project timelines and trackers for workshops and outreach initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with designers, vendors, and program teams to ensure deliverables are met on schedule.
Stakeholder Engagement: Prepare decks and briefs for corporate partners, schools, and institutions.
Who We Are Looking For

Essential Qualifications:
Strong copywriting and communication skills are essential.
