The Executive's Core Mission: Strategy, Content, and Growth
The selected candidate will own IHF’s digital communications strategy, covering everything from daily posts to major campaign rollouts.
Key Responsibilities at a Glance:
Social Media Management & Growth:
Strategically manage and expand IHF’s presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
Develop engaging, platform-specific content, including posts, Reels, Stories, and videos.
Plan ahead with monthly content calendars aligned with major events and campaigns like Padho Bharat 2025.
Monitor analytics to track performance and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum reach.
Creative Content Engine:
Write impactful content, including compelling captions, informative blogs, and website updates.
Design visually attractive creatives (posts, infographics, presentations) using tools like Canva or PowerPoint.
Produce engaging newsletters to nurture relationships with donors, partners, and volunteers.
Brand & Outreach Champion:
Ensure a consistent and authentic IHF brand voice and tone across all channels.
Support CSR outreach and donor presentations with high-quality communication materials.
Foster community engagement through the strategic use of hashtags, contests, and user-generated content.
