Position Overview
Position Title: Community Facilitator – Akshvi
Reports To: Head – Community and Partnership
Location: SEEDS Gurgaon Office
Role Purpose
The Community Facilitator – Akshvi will play a key role in building, managing, and growing the Akshvi Community into a vibrant platform for collaboration, peer learning, knowledge exchange, and community engagement. The role leads community growth, digital community operations, knowledge management, and ecosystem development to strengthen Akshvi as a trusted community of practice.
Key Deliverables & Responsibilities
Community Strategy: Develop and execute an annual community growth and engagement plan, alongside member registration, onboarding, and engagement strategies.
Content & Planning: Maintain a monthly community engagement calendar and issue regular community newsletters and digital communications.
Knowledge Management: Oversee community query management and maintain a knowledge repository.
Analytics & Performance: Track community metrics and present monthly analytics dashboards and performance reports.
Events & Webinars: Host quarterly webinars and thematic knowledge events.
Ecosystem Growth: Design and execute a community partnership and ecosystem development plan.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
Master’s degree in Social Work, Rural Development, Development Studies, Sociology, Communications, Public Policy, Knowledge Management, or a related discipline.
Experience
8–10 years of professional experience in community engagement, digital communities, knowledge management, or development programmes.
Proven track record in managing online communities or communities of practice.
Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and knowledge-sharing platforms.
Experience organizing webinars, digital campaigns, and collaborative events.
