About the Opportunity: A Bridge Between Projects and People
As a Community Mobiliser at IPCA, you'll be central to the success of a range of impactful projects. Your work will span critical areas such as Environment, Climate, Energy, Water, and Sanitation, as well as vital aspects of Social, Gender, Education, Youth, and Child development. This dynamic role requires a hands-on approach and a commitment to community engagement.
Your core responsibilities will include:
On-Site Coordination: You'll be the primary contact for urgent project needs, ensuring seamless daily coordination with field staff and participants across various project locations.
Project Oversight: Conduct weekly visits to assigned societies to guarantee smooth project execution and proactively address any emerging challenges or issues.
Community Engagement: Actively interact with participants in project locations to facilitate their enrollment, organize engaging workshops, and schedule key activities.
Data Management: Take ownership of recording and maintaining all data and documentation related to the organization's CSR projects.
Logistics Coordination: Manage the receipt of requirements, ensure timely delivery of materials, and oversee logistic payments to project sites.
Event Planning & Stakeholder Liaison: Organize events and effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders to gather necessary project data.
Progress Tracking: Maintain timely updates of project master sheets to monitor and report on progress.
Who We're Looking For
