Key Responsibilities of a Community Mobiliser
Volunteers will play a pivotal role in driving the project's core objectives from the comfort of their homes. Key responsibilities include:
Community Outreach & Mobilisation: Engaging with local communities, building networks, and spreading critical awareness regarding inclusion initiatives.
Student Profiling (CWSN): Gathering data and profiling children with special needs to accurately assess their individual strengths, requirements, and necessary support systems.
Individual Sports Plan (ISP) Design: Designing personalized, adaptive sports and physical activity blueprints aimed at boosting the health, growth, and confidence of special needs children.
Conducting Awareness Sessions: Planning and executing impactful sessions centered around inclusion, fundamental rights, health, and accessible education.
