Key Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.

• Teaching Experience: A minimum of 2–3 years of teaching experience is required.

• Technical Skills: At least 1 year of experience in:

  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Desktop Publishing (DTP)

  • Data Entry

  • Internet Research/Surfing

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills in both Hindi and English.

• Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.

• Mobility: A willingness to travel to surrounding areas to reach learners where they are.
