  • Resource Management: Oversee budget formulation, monitor expenditures, and guarantee the optimal use of funds across all centers.

  • Monitoring & Evaluation Support: Collaborate closely with the MEAL team to ensure accurate data collection, analyze program impact, and facilitate timely reporting.

  • Documentation & Communication: Contribute engaging content for the website, case studies, and social media to effectively showcase the program's successes. Maintain essential project documents, including reports, MOUs, photos, and videos.

  • Team Facilitation: Assist the Project Manager in overseeing on-ground teams, setting performance targets, identifying training requirements, and mentoring creche workers.

  • Compliance & Child Safeguarding: Uphold Mobile Creches’ stringent safeguarding policies and child protection standards, consistently monitoring program adherence to these crucial measures.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Business Administration, Early Childhood Development, Human Development, Social Sciences, Psychology, or Education.
