This role is perfect for a multi-talented media professional who thrives on variety. You won't just be sitting behind a desk—you will be capturing real stories, building online communities, and driving donor outreach through creative digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
As the creative voice of the organization, your responsibilities will span three core areas:
1. Content Creation & Storytelling
Platform Management: Design and produce high-quality, engaging content tailored for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Multimedia Production: Develop dynamic short-form videos, reels, and striking campaign graphics.
On-the-Ground Coverage: Attend local events, workshops, and campaigns to shoot and edit high-impact photos and videos.
Copywriting: Craft compelling captions, event highlights, and promotional copy that align perfectly with the organization's vision and brand tone.
2. Digital Marketing & Brand Promotion
Campaign Strategy: Plan, schedule, and execute social media marketing campaigns to boost organic reach and audience engagement.
Audience Growth: Monitor social media trends, leverage audience insights, and build strategies to enhance online visibility and donor outreach.
Content Calendars: Maintain organized, consistent publishing schedules across all major platforms.
3. Communication & Outreach
Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, volunteers, and stakeholders to gather content requirements.
Event Promotion: Support major campaign launches, public relations, and media outreach activities to maximize community participation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital communications.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in design and editing software such as Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Photoshop.
Platform Expertise: A deep understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn marketing dynamics.
Bonus Points: Basic knowledge of SEO, branding, and performance analytics is highly desirable.
