Role Details:
Job Type: Full-Time (Contractual / Temporary)
Schedule: Day Shift
Core Mission: Coordinate and ensure the smooth implementation of the Tim Tim Tare Life Skills Programme in Schools and Child Care Institutions (CCIs) across assigned states and districts.
Key Responsibilities
As a Project Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind the program's grassroots success. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Program Implementation: Coordinating and ensuring seamless execution of life skills programs within schools and CCIs in your assigned region.
Stakeholder Engagement: Actively collaborating with education and child development departments, schools, CCIs, and local community stakeholders.
Training & Development: Conducting engaging training sessions, orientation programs, and direct life skills workshops for both students and staff.
Data & Quality Control: Monitoring the quality of the programme, collecting feedback, and maintaining highly accurate field data.
Reporting: Preparing detailed progress reports, capturing inspiring success stories, and sharing insights to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications
Aparajitha Foundations is looking for adaptable, proactive, and solution-oriented individuals who possess a deep passion for child development.
Educational & Professional Background:
Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), Education, Psychology, Development Studies, or a related field.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant grassroots experience in programme implementation (candidates with background in the education or child development sectors are highly preferred).
Key Skills:
Strong communication, interpersonal, and team coordination skills.
Fluency in Hindi is a must, along with strong English skills for professional reporting purposes. Knowledge of the regional language of the state you apply for is a significant advantage.
Ability to work independently and manage extensive travel schedules within the state.
Technical & Additional Requirements:
Must be conversant with MS Office and basic computer usage.
Willingness to travel to rural and urban districts across the state, including utilizing public conveyance.
Candidates who own a two/four-wheeler and a laptop will have an added advantage.
