Role & Key Responsibilities
As the CSR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the organization’s mission forward. Key responsibilities include:
Proposal Development & Planning: Leading the creation of impactful CSR proposals and comprehensive project plans.
Partnership Management: Building and nurturing strategic relationships with corporate partners and Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).
Project Implementation: Overseeing field-level implementation and coordinating closely with execution teams.
Compliance & MIS: Ensuring timely reporting, maintaining structured Management Information Systems (MIS), and ensuring strict adherence to compliance standards.
Impact Assessment: Conducting field monitoring visits and evaluating the overall social impact of projects.
Financial Tracking: Assisting with project budgeting, tracking fund utilization, and financial reporting.
Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following requirements:
