As the CSC Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in the successful implementation and oversight of all activities under CSC 2.0. This isn't just a coordination role; it's a leadership position where you'll be instrumental in connecting stakeholders, optimizing resources, and ensuring the delivery of essential services to those who need them most.
Key Responsibilities: What You'll Be Doing
Your day-to-day will involve a diverse range of responsibilities, all aimed at strengthening the health network and improving community outcomes:
Project Management: You'll be responsible for managing, executing, and monitoring all CSC 2.0 activities, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to project goals.
Stakeholder Coordination: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders like SLN, DLN, SACS, DAPCU/DISHA, and other departments will be crucial for seamless collaboration.
Strategic Collaboration: Working closely with the M&E cum Finance Officer and CLH, you'll ensure cost-effective project implementation and robust monitoring.
Reporting & Communication: Establishing clear communication channels with SR and PR will be vital for timely submission of monthly and quarterly reports.
Capacity Building: You'll oversee and support all capacity building activities, including the development and monitoring of weekly work plans to enhance team capabilities.
Problem Solving & Leadership: Conducting regular meetings, addressing gaps, and taking a leadership role in resolving identified issues will be key to overcoming challenges.
Service Linkages: Establishing strong linkages with service providers, especially ART centers, and ensuring robust referral systems will be a core part of your efforts to connect individuals with vital care.
Quality Assurance: You'll ensure all CSC 2.0 activities strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and align with National AIDS Control Programme (NACP V) requirements.
Comprehensive Supervision: Providing overall supervision for additional CSC 2.0 activities, including linkages to social protection schemes and treatment services, will broaden your impact.
Data Management: You'll supervise all Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) operations, guaranteeing the weekly collection and accurate entry of field data into the Management Information System (MIS).
Resource Management: Maintaining accurate inventory and stock registers will ensure efficient resource utilization.
Field Engagement: Conducting periodic field visits independently or with CLH and staff from SR and PR will provide valuable insights and direct engagement with the community.
Ad-hoc Support: Being flexible to undertake any other tasks assigned by the Programme Manager will demonstrate your commitment to the team's overall success.
Contract Details and Compensation
This full-time position offers a monthly consolidated salary of Rs. 16,000, with an annual increment of 5%. You will be officially posted as the Project Coordination (PC) at Kanpur. Should you choose to leave the project, a one-month prior notice to the Project Director of SSR and the district-level network board is required, along with a complete handover of all project and financial records.
