Role Overview

Shroffs Foundation Trust operates at the intersection of critical social pillars, including Community Development, Education, Healthcare, and Sustainability. The selected executive will play a pivotal role in fostering a "CSR Partnership for Greater Impact."

Key Responsibilities

As a CSR & Donor Management Executive, you will be the driving force behind donor relations and impactful documentation. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Relationship Management: Building and nurturing sustainable, long-term relationships with CSR partners, donors, and key stakeholders.

  • Proposal & Pitch Development: Drafting compelling CSR proposals, concept notes, presentations, and donor pitches to secure funding and programmatic support.

  • Impact Reporting: Creating high-quality impact reports, case studies, success stories, and regular donor updates to maintain transparency.

  • Donor Engagement: Managing communication, executing follow-ups, organizing meetings, and ensuring all reporting commitments are met seamlessly.

  • Field Coordination: Collaborating directly with programme teams to collect accurate data, tangible outcomes, and field-level insights.

  • Pipeline Tracking: Monitoring upcoming CSR opportunities, funding pipelines, project deliverables, timelines, and compliance requirements.

Technical and Soft Skills Required

To succeed in this role, candidates must demonstrate a balance of communication, organizational, and modern technical skills:

  • Bilingual Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Gujarati.

  • Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with MS Office, Google Sheets, Google Forms, and the broader Google Workspace ecosystem.

  • AI Tool Integration: The ability to leverage AI tools for research, writing, creating presentations, and optimizing reporting workflows.

  • Core Competencies: Excellent proposal writing and documentation capabilities, paired with strong stakeholder coordination and relationship-management abilities.

  • Attention to Detail: Good data management, meticulous follow-up skills, and structural organization.

Preferred Qualifications

Shroffs Foundation Trust is looking for candidates with a strong academic foundation in social development or management. Preferred educational qualifications include:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)

  • MHRM / MBA in Human Resource Management

  • MBA / PGDM in Rural Management

  • Master’s in Development Studies or Rural Development

  • Master’s in Social Sciences, Public Administration, or CSR
