Role Overview: CSR Coordinator
As a CSR Coordinator at Cosmo Foundation, you will be at the forefront of planning, executing, and monitoring impactful community programs. This dynamic role bridges the gap between corporate strategy and community development, requiring extensive field involvement, stakeholder coordination, and administrative oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
Fieldwork & Assessment: Conduct thorough community needs assessments and field visits to identify target growth areas.
Program Management: Plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate various CSR programs while tracking outcomes to maximize community impact.
Financial & Administrative Planning: Prepare comprehensive action plans, manage budgets, and generate detailed progress reports.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders, partners, vendors, and government bodies.
Team Leadership: Mentor teachers, field staff, and regional coordinators to ensure smooth program execution.
Engagement & Logistics: Develop training and awareness materials, organize workshops, campaigns, and community events, and handle procurement and logistics.
Documentation: Maintain accurate program records and documentation.

Cosmo Foundation is looking for an established professional who can hit the ground running. The ideal candidate must meet the following criteria:
Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), Rural Management, Extension Education, or Business Administration (MBA).
Experience: 6 to 8 years of core experience in CSR initiatives or community development projects. Prior experience working with NGOs, government bodies, or community institutions is highly valued.
Language Proficiency: Strong fluency in both English and Marathi communication is essential for effective local community engagement and corporate reporting.
Technical & Soft Skills:
Well-versed with IT, Digital, and AI skills for modern workflow management.
Exceptional project planning, execution, and budget monitoring capabilities.
Strong stakeholder management and multitasking abilities.
