Key Responsibilities

Proposal Development: Craft compelling, data-backed proposals and presentations that showcase the tangible impact of CSR investments.
Networking: Represent Ladli Foundation at high-level CSR forums, corporate meetings, and networking events.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a rigorous, structured pipeline of potential partners, providing leadership with daily reporting on outreach and conversion metrics.
Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of business acumen and a deep commitment to the development sector.
Experience: 8–10 years of professional experience, specifically in CSR partnerships, fundraising, or business development. Experience within the development sector is highly preferred.
Expertise: A thorough understanding of the CSR ecosystem in India, including regulatory requirements and corporate trends.
Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. You should be comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and working independently in a fast-paced environment.
