Role and Responsibilities: What You'll Do
As a Data Analyst at AMS, you will be a core member of the Data Analysis Unit. Your primary responsibilities will involve:
Data Analysis: Conducting comprehensive data analysis using various statistical tools and techniques to derive meaningful insights.
SPSS Programming: Writing and executing SPSS programs and syntax to clean, manage, and analyze datasets.
Table Generation: Creating Field-Check Tables to ensure data quality and consistency during the research process.
Quality Assurance: Ensuring the delivery of accurate, error-free data within strict project timelines.
Who Can Apply? Eligibility Criteria
AMS is looking for enthusiastic individuals who meet the following qualifications:
Educational Background: A Post-Graduate (PG) degree in Statistics, Bio-Statistics, Demography, Economics, or any other relevant discipline.
Technical Skills: Excellent, demonstrable knowledge of SPSS is mandatory. Candidates' proficiency will be assessed through a technical test.
Experience Level: Both freshers and candidates with up to one year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Salary and Career Progression
The position offers a competitive monthly remuneration of ₹ 34,000.
This is a full-time, regular position designed for long-term growth. Selected candidates will initially be appointed on a probationary basis for one year. Upon successful completion of the probation period, you will be absorbed into the permanent cadre of the organization, making you eligible for benefits such as Provident Fund (PF), Health Insurance, Medical Allowance, and more.
