You'll collaborate closely with Community Contact Persons (CCPs) and District CCPs (DCCPs) to ensure data is submitted completely and on time, performing rigorous checks for accuracy and consistency.
Data Input and Management: Accurately enter validated data into Utthan’s MIS and other required reporting formats. This involves safeguarding data through secure backups and storage, and assisting with the maintenance of digital records for both internal teams and funding partners.
Reporting and Documentation Support: Contribute to the generation of essential weekly, monthly, and quarterly data reports. You'll provide critical data inputs for monitoring and evaluation (M&E) activities and maintain well-organized records for audits and reviews.

You'll offer crucial MIS-related assistance during program reviews, site visits, and training sessions, promptly flagging any data discrepancies or gaps to the relevant team members.
