Lapis Group is seeking a highly proficient individual to spearhead the design, execution, and optimization of outreach campaigns across diverse digital platforms. This pivotal position calls for a strategic thinker, a collaborative creative, and an analytics-driven implementer who can skillfully connect with varied, multicultural, and multilingual audiences throughout the MENA region.
As the Digital Media & Social Engagement Manager, you'll play a crucial role in crafting platform-specific strategies, overseeing content development, managing paid promotions, nurturing online communities, and meticulously evaluating performance. The ideal candidate will bring a strong history of delivering impactful digital campaigns, particularly those centered on public interest, advocacy, or civic engagement, and will confidently navigate both the creative nuances and compliance requirements of digital marketing.
Core Responsibilities:
Campaign Architecture & Digital Blueprint: Develop comprehensive digital outreach blueprints aligned with campaign objectives, defining goals, key messages, and engagement tactics for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and X.
Content Curation & Platform Oversight: Maintain a meticulously structured social media calendar, craft and refine engaging Arabic-language content (Modern Standard Arabic is essential; local dialect insight is a plus), and ensure seamless coordination with creative and program teams.
Ad Stewardship & Paid Growth: Plan and deploy sponsored ad campaigns, conduct A/B testing, optimize for peak performance, and ensure strict adherence to platform policies and brand guidelines.
Community Cultivation & Moderation: Monitor and manage audience interactions across platforms, ensuring timely and respectful engagement, and fostering constructive online dialogue that resonates with campaign values.
Performance Insight & Reporting: Track weekly platform performance, distil findings into actionable insights, analyze engagement patterns, and contribute to post-campaign evaluations with strategic recommendations for future initiatives.
What We're Looking For: Essential Qualifications
Professional Acumen: A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in digital media or social campaign management, with demonstrated success managing multi-platform campaigns involving substantial ad budgets and high-volume traffic. Experience in delivering visibility, advocacy, or public education campaigns within the MENA region is highly valued.
Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and native platform tools is indispensable. You should be adept at utilizing analytics dashboards like Google Analytics and Looker Studio for reporting and familiar with scheduling and publishing tools such as Buffer, Sprinklr, or Hootsuite.
Linguistic Fluency: Fluent in Arabic with strong writing and editing capabilities is required; English proficiency is a plus.
