Your Role: Driving Impact on the Ground

The Non-Violence Foundation has openings for both District Co-ordinators and District Project Managers, with one position allocated per district. In these crucial roles, you will be instrumental in:

  • Project Implementation: Designing and executing impactful livelihood development projects within your designated district.

  • Community Engagement: Leading comprehensive training programs, spearheading community outreach efforts, and orchestrating vital awareness campaigns.

  • Resource Generation: Initiating and managing grassroots fundraising activities and cultivating relationships with donors.

  • Partnership Building: Collaborating effectively with local stakeholders, government agencies, and fellow NGOs.

  • Performance Tracking: Submitting regular reports and ensuring the achievement of project targets.

This is a hands-on, field-intensive position requiring extensive travel within your assigned district, allowing you to directly engage with communities and witness the positive change you create.

Who We're Looking For: Your Profile

The Non-Violence Foundation is keen to welcome individuals who are driven and committed to their mission. Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

  • Mobility: A valid driving license is essential, along with comfort in undertaking fieldwork.

  • Communication Skills: Preference will be given to candidates proficient in English (both spoken and written).

  • Core Competencies: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities are key.

  • Experience: While prior experience in the NGO sector or community development is advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement. The Foundation values potential and dedication.
